These terms apply to all participants, including those attending mafia game nights, detective-themed experiences, and other interactive events we organize throughout the Czech Republic.

User Obligations and Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all events. We require all attendees to be of legal adult age and to engage in events with a genuine interest in the mystery and storytelling experience. You agree not to disrupt events, reveal solutions prematurely, or behave in a manner that negatively impacts other participants’ experiences. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of event-specific plot details and surprises. Any abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from events and potential forfeiture of participation fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, scenarios, game designs, storytelling narratives, quiz materials, and interactive elements used in our events are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to the original mystery narratives, character development frameworks, and game mechanics we create. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any event materials, storylines, or gameplay elements without our explicit written consent. Photography and recording at events are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted. We respect intellectual property and expect the same from all participants.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our events and services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our events or use of our services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or emotional distress during events, provided we have exercised reasonable care in event organization and safety. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in our mystery and detective-themed experiences.

Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any event or deny future access to our services at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms of Service, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with event rules, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other participants or our organization. Upon termination, any payments made for future events may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice of termination where applicable, except in cases of severe misconduct where immediate removal is necessary. Your termination does not release you from liability for breaches occurring before termination.

General Provisions

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in our events. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We may assign our rights under these terms without notification, but you may not assign your rights without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
